USING THE AUSTRALIANA SOCIETY MEMBER PORTAL

Following is some information that may assist you in using the online Australiana Society “Members Portal”.

You must log into Australiana Society “Members Portal” if you want to access member-only information and to perform tasks such as updating your profile, registering for events, changing your email preferences or renewing your membership.

In this portal some information that promotes interest in the Society is publicly available. However, all personal information is securely held and only accessible by a member logging into the members’ area using their email recorded by the Society and a secure password selected by that member.

Members can only access their own profile data and don’t have access to other members’ information.

Use this portal to ensure your details (your profile) held in the Australiana Society’s membership database are up to date and correct.

Logging into the Member Portal

               1.      Go to https://australiana-org.wildapricot.org/

                        This is the entry page to the portal. It is a publicly available page and can be accessed by anyone.

               2.      On the top right of the page click on “LOG IN”
               3.      Enter the email address you provided to the Society when you joined.

                        If you have a password enter it and select “I’m not a robot” then “LLOG INN”.

                        If you don’t yet have a password, select “Forgot password” and enter your email address on the next page. Again select “I’m not a                          robot”, then “SSUBMITT”.  A temporary password will be sent to the email address recorded and you will be able to use this to log                          in.

                        If during the log in process you are presented with a screen that asks you to accept the terms of use of this website, accept the terms.

                 4.      After logging in you can access your information on the secure “Members Only” portion of the website.

Inside the Members Portal

Once you have logged in you will be able to select:

  “HOME” to return to this page,

  “JOIN US”.  As a member you won’t need to use this page,

  “EVENTS” to see what Events are coming up and to Register for the event,

  “NEWS” to see if anything interesting is posted,

  “RENEW MEMBERSHIP” to renew your membership online with a credit card,

  “DONATION” if you’re feeling generous and

  “HELP” if you need information or assistance with the “Membership Portal”.

Members Home Page

After logging in you land on the Members Home page. Here you will see the same options detailed previously, plus on the top right-hand side the following new options - Your Name   Change password   Log out

 Click on Your Name to go to your profile.

 Click on Change password if you would like a new password (you will be prompted to add your new password choice).

 Click on Log out if you have finished your session.

My Profile

Click on your name on the top right hand side of the page and you will open “My Profile” where a record of your information is stored on the Australiana Society Database.

The first page of “My Profile” contains your information recorded in the Australiana Society membership database. It shows your Membership Details, your Membership Renewal Date, *Bundle Summary, your Personal Details and your Address Details.

On this page you can           Edit your profile. Review the information and change and update if necessary.

                                                         Select “EEDIT PROFILEE ” and make any changes needed and “SSAVEE” them.

                                                         Renew your membership.

                                                         Your next renewal date is displayed.

                                                         *Add the second household member allowed by your membership level. “AADD MEMBERR”

From here you can go to the following settings

                                                        Privacy
                                                        Email subscriptions
                                                        My event registrations
                                                        Invoices and payments

                                                        Donations

Privacy                                       Most of the privacy options have been preset to “not visible”. If you choose “Show profile to others” and we                                                                         configure a Members’ Directory, limited information will be available only to other members, not the public.

Email Subscriptions            Set your email preferences here.

My event registrations     Details of any events you have registered will appear here.

Invoices and payments     Details of invoices and payments made through Wild Apricot will appear here.

Donations                                Details of any donations made will appear here.

*Bundle Summary – Household and Organisation memberships entitle two people from the same Household or Organisation Membership                                                 of the Society. Add the second member here.
